You require this permit if you intend to undertake any of the following activities in any kind of reserve, park, natural area, marine facility or public place:

  • place, erect, set up or construct any building, tent or other structure
  • erect a fence, barrier or obstruction
  • damage council property
  • dump or store any material or substance
  • garden, landscape or undertake any other works.
