You will require this permit if you intend to:

  • erect a cairn or memorial
  • make or mark out any track or route
  • paint (including graffiti)
  • place, erect, construct or display an advertisement, sign, banner or billboard
  • place any other sign in a reserve, park, car park, road or public place.

Eligibility requirements

An application for Permit is to be in writing and accompanied by:-

  • A statement specifying the type of activity proposed;
  • A statement detailing the required period of the Permit;
  • A scaled drawing showing location and extent of the activity;
  • Any other information the General Manager may reasonably require; and
  • Payment of any applicable fee.
