Permit to Hire or Lease a Reserve, Park or Public Place - Break O'Day Council - Tasmania

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to lease or hire any part of a park, recreation ground, natural area or open space, including a berthing space at a wharf or marina.

A permit must also be sought if you intend to:

  • charge for admission or take up a collection for admission from any person entering the reserve, park or public place
  • sub-lease or re-let the public reserve, park or public place.
