Description

You will require this permit if you intend to occupy a road or highway to either:

  • hold or conduct an event
  • place anything, such as a skip bin or sign, on a road or highway
  • install a vending machine or customer servery where consumers must stand on the highway
  • open or enclose a road or part of a road
  • occupy or fence off part of a road
  • erect a hoarding or overhead protective awning
  • place materials, vegetation or other objects on the road or highway.
