Permit to Take Native Flora - Tasmania

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to keep or possess a specified protected plant, or land that contains a specified protected plant. This permit may not be granted if it is contrary to an existing management plan.

A list of protected plants is listed within the relevant threatened species legislation.
