Permit to Take Native Flora - Tasmania

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to take native flora that is:

  • listed as endangered, vulnerable or rare or otherwise proscribed from taking
  • from public lands managed by the State Government
  • from private sanctuaries and private nature reserves which have been declared.

This permit is for scientific, management or educational purposes. For commercial operations, development or consultancy work a Listed Taxon Permit is required.
