You will need this permit if you intend to explore for petroleum in Tasmanian coastal waters. Tasmanian coastal waters extend for three nautical miles from the coastline of Tasmania.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
To be eligible for this permit you must provide any information required by the Agency, including your technical qualifications, financial resources and proposals for work and expenditure.
