Pharmacist Registration - Tasmania

Description

You need to be registered to practise as a pharmacist or a pharmaceutical chemist. Registered pharmacists and pharmaceutical chemists are involved in preparing and dispensing drugs as well as other clinical services related to drugs and medication and can use the titles of pharmacist or pharmaceutical chemist.

There are five different types of registration offered to practitioners:

  • general
  • provisional
  • limited
  • non-practising
  • student.
