Plastic Shopping Bag Ban - Tasmania

Description

If you are a retailer, you must not provide a plastic shopping bag to anyone to carry goods you have sold them or are going to sell them. A plastic shopping bag:

  • is made wholly or partly from polyethylene with a thickness of less than 35 micros
  • has handles.
