Description

You will need this licence if you intend to provide non-emergency patient transport (NEPT) services. Non-emergency patient transport services relate solely to transporting patients:

  • needing basic care and observation or clinical care and monitoring
  • whose medical needs have been assessed by a member of an approved health profession as not being time-critical or acute.
