Registration as a Bookmaker's Agent - TAS - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this registration if you intend to engage in bookmaking for, or on behalf of, another person.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

To be eligible for registration you must:

be a fit and proper person
nominate a registered bookmaker as the principal and be endorsed by that bookmaker.

Up to one year

Registration expires on 30 June each year.
