You will need this registration if you intend to practice as a land surveyor in Tasmania. This includes undertaking work in cadastral, engineering, hydrographic, mining, geodetic and other surveying specialities.
If you hold a current equivalent registration in another Australian state or territory, or New Zealand, you may be eligible to apply for this registration under mutual recognition arrangements.
