Authorisation to Operate a Regular Passenger Transport Service - Tasmania

Description

You will need to be authorised if you intend to operate a regular passenger transport service. Regular passenger services:

  • carry fare-paying passengers in a large passenger vehicle (a vehicle with 10 or more seats)
  • operate at regular intervals according to a publicised route and timetable.

Regular passenger transport services do not include passenger services that form the whole or part of a tourist activity.
