Registration of Dogs for Business - Hobart City Council - Tasmania

Description

You will require this registration if you own or house any dog which is involved in hunting, farming, herding, breeding, showing, guarding, racing, or any other business activity. The Tasmanian Canine Association lists all the breeds considered as working dogs.

If you own a restricted or dangerous breed of dog, you may need to meet additional requirements.
