Smoking Product Licence - Tasmania

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to sell smoking products in Tasmania. Smoking products include:

  • cigars or cigarettes
  • any product that has tobacco as an ingredient or any device intended to be used with tobacco.

Pharmacies also need this licence to sell e-cigarettes, e-liquid, vaping devices and accessories (personal vaporiser products. Only licenced pharmacies can legally sell e-cigarettes, e-liquid and vaping devices with a valid prescription.
