Specifications for a Standard Patient Identification Band - Tasmania


You will be required to comply with these identification specifications if you operate a private hospital or day-procedure centre. The specifications set out standards for the usability, content and colour of patient identification bands in Australia. The specifications cover the following features of identification bands:
