Temporary Community Event Permit - Tasmania

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to advertise community events by placing a temporary sign in the State Road reservation.

Temporary community events are events, such as school fairs, sporting events, craft exhibitions, town festivals, local markets and not for profit charity events.

Roads within the state road reservation are those that are a part of the state-owned road network. This network primarily consists of roads that provide connectivity between cities, major towns, rural catchments and key marine and air transport hubs.
