Water Licences - Tasmania


You may need a water access or allocation licence if you intend to take water from the State's lakes, rivers and streams for use other than already allocated riparian (stock and domestic) entitlements. Factors such as local licence holders and water management plans may affect your right of application, and the type of application you can make.
