Approval to Disturb Shipwrecks - Tasmania

Description

You will require this approval if you intend to undertake any activity that is likely to result in the physical disturbance or change to the fabric or condition of a shipwreck. A shipwreck is any wreck that is at least 75 years old and is a registered shipwreck. If you find an unregistered shipwreck, you must report it within 30 days of finding it.
