You may apply for this certificate once you have completed your building and / or plumbing work and can demonstrate that the completed works comply with the conditions specified in your Certificate of Certifiable Works. You must obtain a Certificate of Water and Sewerage Compliance (Building) and / or (Plumbing) before your local council can issue a certificate of completion for the works.
