Code of Conduct for Property Agents - Tasmania

Description

The code of conduct applies to real estate agents, property managers, general auctioneers and property representatives. It sets out acceptable professional conduct for agents and their associated representatives working in the industry and aims to increase the accountability of property agents to clients and customers of the property agent.
