You will require this licence if you intend to sell alcohol for consumption both on and off your premises. This type of licence is often issued to hotels and taverns.
This licence authorises the sale of alcohol between 5am and 12 midnight daily. It also authorises the alcohol to a resident of the premises specified in the licence. If you intend to offer alcohol for sale between 12 midnight and 5am, you will need to obtain an out-of-hours permit.
If you are planning to allow patrons to bring their own alcohol (BYO), please consult your local Council for compliance issues.
