You will be required to comply with this code if you deal with agricultural chemical products such as being a manufacturer or work within the agriculture industry. Agricultural chemical products are products that are used, supplied, manufactured, imported, or represented as a way of controlling pests or plants.

The AgVet Code regulates the registration of agricultural and veterinary chemical ingredients or products to prevent unwise use of chemicals and fertilisers within Victoria.
