Description

There are legal restrictions to provide entertainment on ANZAC Day (25 April). You will need this approval if you intend to hold a dance concert, music, drama, recital or other performance at which there are one or more performers.

Your event must not start before 1pm and alcohol cannot be sold before noon.

As a condition of approval, the Agency may direct that a portion of the net profit from the entertainment may be paid into the ANZAC Day Proceeds Fund.
