Please lodge your application and any supporting documentation directly with the Agency. You will need to attach to your application form:
- a copy of a Certificate of Registration of a Company, a Certificate of Registration of a Business Name (if different from the legal entity) or a Certificate of Incorporation as appropriate
- a copy of a memorandum of understanding with all providers who will be involved in providing the course/s, the role played by each provider in the delivery of the course/s and duty of care responsibilities, if applicable
- evidence of NEAS (National English Language Teaching Accreditation Scheme) candidacy as well as details of the fees to be charged for the ELICOS (English language intensive course/s to overseas students) program, if applicable
- copies of the policies and procedures documents as evidence of compliance with all the standards
- if you are not in receipt of Commonwealth funding, provide evidence of your indemnity arrangements.
