You will need this approval if you hold a licence authorising you to handle or store dangerous goods on your property, vehicle or ship (a dangerous goods facility) and a fire, explosion, spillage, leakage or escape occurs.
If such an incident has occurred, you must notify the Agency and not commence reconstruction work, repairs to your premises, vehicle or ship until the Agency has given its approval. You must also not allow any further supply of dangerous goods in or at the premises or vehicle unless the Agency consents.
