Aquaculture Licence - Victoria

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to undertake any of the following aquaculture activities:

  • create or utilise a habit for specific aquatic species to hatch, rear, breed, be displayed or grown for commercial purposes
  • use and / or possess certain commercial aquaculture equipment
  • stock fish into protect waters

Conditions of an aquaculture licence may vary depending on the type activity being conducted or the species being farmed.
