You will require this Standard if you wish to install, maintain or operate an electric fence around a business. This Standard does not include electric fences that are used primarily for the containment of animals.
This Standard sets out the safety requirements for electric security fences powered by all types of energy sources (batteries, solar cells, diesel, mains).
