You will be required to comply with this standard if you intend to sell breath analysing equipment. This standard specifies requirements for the performance, testing and marking of disposable and re-useable breath alcohol testing devices other than those used by law enforcement authorities.
Note that this standard has been updated and you will need to meet the requirements set out in AS 3547:2019 Breath alcohol testing devices.
