Description

You will be required to comply with this standard if you intend to construct a poultry meat production premises and process poultry meat for human consumption.

The standard contains two parts:

  • Part A: applies to the construction and equipment of all processing premises where poultry are slaughtered for the production of poultry meat for human consumption
  • Part B: applies to hygienic production for human consumption of products derived from poultry.
