Australian Standard AS 4465:2005 Australian Standard for Construction of Premises and Hygienic Production of Poultry Meat for Human Consumption - Victoria


You will be required to comply with this standard if you intend to construct a poultry meat production premises. This standard applies to poultry producers and details the minimum construction requirements for premises and equipment where poultry are slaughtered for human consumption. It covers the hygienic poultry meat production for human consumption but does not apply to retailing poultry meat or poultry products.
