It is broad enough to apply to meat handlers and retailers who store or prepare meat and meat products. It also applies to transportation from the retailer to the consumer.
You will be required to ensure your vehicle complies with this standard if you intend to obtain a licence to transport meat.
Please consult the responsible agency for more information and to ascertain the level of compliance (if any) that may be required.
