Australian Standard AS/NZS 2832.1:2015 Cathodic Protection of Metals - Victoria

Description

You will be required to comply with this standard if you install or operate a cathodic protection system.

The standard covers structure and design for cathodic protection, coatings, protection criteria, measuring techniques, the design, installation and maintenance of cathodic protection systems and the control of interference currents.

This Standard has four parts that apply. They are:

  • Pipes and cables
  • Compact buried structures
  • Fixed immersed structures
  • Steel in concrete structures.
