Description

You will require this authorisation if you intend to possess gaming or monitoring equipment for:

  • testing, research or development
  • servicing, repair or maintenance
  • any other purpose, if the machine is not in operating order.

The former holder of a gaming operator's licence or gaming licence or venue operator may also apply for authorisation to possess or sell gaming equipment or monitoring equipment. This applies only to gaming and monitoring equipment the person acquired as a licence holder.
