Bingo Centre Operator's Licence - Victoria

You will need this licence to run a bingo centre. A bingo centre is any place where sessions of bingo are regularly conducted on a commercial basis (more than seven times in a seven day period). The licence authorises the holder to perform all functions necessary for carrying on the activities associated with the operation of a bingo centre.

You cannot apply for this licence if you are a venue operator, gaming operator or casino operator in Victoria or elsewhere in Australia, or an associate of a venue operator or gaming operator.

A wagering and betting licensee may, by notice to the Agency, appoint as operator a company that is whole-owned subsidiary by the licensee, has a physical place of business in Victoria and is approved by the Agency.

Service type

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
