Boating Activity Exemptions - Victoria

Description

You will require this exemption if you intend to conduct boating activities or on-water events that will be in contravention with Marine safety legislation and rules. This exemption is only available to certain waters.

Applications for this exemption must be made to the relevant waterway management, port or local port management body for waters under their control or to Maritime Safety Victoria if there is no waterway manager.
