Boating Activity Exemptions - Victoria

Description

You will require this exemption if you intend to conduct activities in State waters that will cause an offence or will be contrary to laws or rules. This exemption will only be granted for certain waters. This exemption can be used so that on-water events and works can be conducted.

Applications for this exemption must be made to the relevant waterway management, port or local port management body for waters under their control or to Maritime Safety Victoria is there is no waterway manager.
