You will need to comply with the Clinical Practice Protocols (the CCPs) if you provide non-emergency patient transport (NEPT) services. NEPT is for patients who require clinical monitoring or supervision during transport, but do not require a time critical ambulance response.
The purpose of the CCPs is to provide practice requirements, treatment recommendations and minimum equipment levels to licensed non-emergency patient transport (NEPT) providers when assessing, managing and transporting patients.
