You will need to comply with this code if you intend to conduct mining activities that are classed as low risk. The Code provides practical guidance about how low risk mining projects should be managed.

Holders of prospecting or mining licences, engaged in mining activities defined as low risk, are required to comply with this Code, rather than submitting a work plan.
