Description

This code of practice provides practical guidance to manufacturers, suppliers and sellers of dangerous goods on their handling and storage. Dangerous goods are substances that may be corrosive, flammable, explosive, spontaneously combustible, toxic, oxidising, or water-reactive.

Compliance with this code of practice is not mandatory. If you have not complied with the code, it will be up to you to show that you have met the relevant legal requirement by an alternative method.
