This compliance code provides you with practical guidance on how to comply with with your duties and obligation. This code provides information such as examples and tools you can apply to your own situation.

  • planning an injured worker's return to work
  • consulting about a worker's return to work.

If you comply with a code, you are deemed to comply with the Act or Regulation duty covered by the code. However, this code is not mandatory and duty holders may choose to use some other way to achieve compliance.
