This compliance code covers your obligation to cooperate with the worker's labour hire employers at all stages of the return to work process. It also provides you with recommendations to help you meet these obligations.
If you comply with a code, you are deemed to comply with the Act or Regulation duty covered by the code. However, this code is not mandatory and duty holders may choose to use some other way to achieve compliance.
