Dairy Manufacturer Licence - Victoria

Description

You will need this licence if you are the owner of any dairy manufacturing premises where milk is received from a dairy farm, or dairy food is manufactured or packed.

This licence does not authorise you to operate a dairy farm or sell dairy products by retail directly to the public.

  • submit a completed application form
  • submit a Food Safety Program
  • pay any required application and licence fees in full.
  • comply with the Food Standards Code
  • comply with the Food Act
  • possess necessary skills and competencies.

A dairy manufacturing premises currently, or intending to, export dairy food must meet specific requirements.
