Description

You will need this registration to operate as a funeral provider.

Any business that supplies funeral goods and funeral services to the public is considered to be a funeral provider. Funeral services include:

  • preparing human bodies for burial or cremation
  • arranging, supervising or conducting a funeral ceremony.

Funeral goods are products supplied to a consumer in connection with funeral services (such as caskets and cremation urns).

You must register your business details with the Agency within 28 days of starting a funeral provider business.
