Infection Control Guidelines - Victoria

You will be required to comply with these guidelines if you are a non-emergency patient transport provider. Infection control management plans and vehicle-cleaning plans must be developed in compliance with these guidelines.

Infection Control Guidelines are also known as the Australian Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Infection in Healthcare. These guidelines outline critical aspects of infection prevention and control in healthcare facilities.

Please consult the responsible agency for more information and to ascertain the level of compliance (if any) that may be required.
