Note that this standard has been updated and you will need to meet the requirements set out in AS/NZS 4417.1:2012 Regulatory Compliance Mark for Electrical and Electronic Equipment Use of Mark.

This Standard applies to suppliers of high risk electrical equipment.

It provides general requirements for the use of a specified trademark (the Regulatory Compliance Mark) on electrical products to indicate compliance with regulations. The Standard covers entitlement to use the mark and general requirements for its use.
