Description

You will require a labour hire licence if you conduct business that involves supplying one or more individuals to work in a business owned by another person.

Labour hire services include:

  • supplying workers to another person or business to perform work for them
  • recruiting or placing workers with another person or business to perform work for them while procuring or providing accommodation and paying wages to those workers
  • recruiting or placing workers with another person or business to perform work for them while managing the contract performance of those workers.
