It is an ongoing requirement of this approval that you abide by all industry legislation and codes of practice, and provide relevant records and information as required by the authority, including ongoing records that knowledge and expertise on drugs and poisons be maintained.
Standing orders and poison control plans must be maintained. As a permit holder you will periodically be required to confirm compliance with the Poisons Control Plan and to submit for approval any proposed amendments to the Poisons Control Plan. You may also need to allow your premises to be inspected by the Agency.
