Licence to Obtain and Supply Poisons - Victoria

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to access and (in some cases) supply a scheduled poison in Victoria. This licence must only be used for using the scheduled poisons for:

  • health services
  • research or industrial purposes
  • wholesale and manufacture.

The only poisons that may be used are:

  • Schedule 4
  • Schedule 8
  • Schedule 9.

  • have the required qualifications
  • have evidence that the poison will be stored in a secure manner
