Mobile Facility Licence - Victoria

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to use a vehicle or trailer to manufacture, sell or supply perishable pest animal bait. Pest animal bait is a Schedule 7 poison. This licence allows the holder to sell or supply perishable pest animal bait by wholesale or retail.

To be eligible for this licence, you must:

  • be a fit and proper person
  • ensure that the mobile facility is parked at a permanent fixed address when not travelling to or from a mobile facility location
  • have vehicle registration for the mobile facility
  • ensure your vehicle is suitable, sanitary and adequately equipped for manufacture.
