Notification of Storage and Handling of Dangerous Goods at Premises - Victoria

Description

You will need to comply with this notification if you store and handle dangerous goods in excess of certain quantities on your property.

If you store and handle a dangerous good in excess of the manifest quantity specified in the regulations you must notify the Agency within fourteen days.

Dangerous goods are substances and articles that are potentially hazardous to people and property. They may be corrosive, flammable, explosive, oxidizing or reactive with water. Please note that this notification requirement does not apply to major hazard facilities.
