Offshore Petroleum Production Licence - Victoria

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to explore for petroleum and undertake works to recover it. The holder of an offshore exploration permit or an offshore retention lease can apply for a production licence within the permit or lease area.

Offshore petroleum mining governed by the Victorian State must be within three nautical miles of the coast.
