Outdoor Dining / Footpath Trading Permit - Moonee Valley City Council - Victoria

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to place furniture for the purpose of establishing an outdoor eating facility or conduct street trading (display of goods or A-frame signs) in a public place.

Public places include:

  • roads
  • footpaths
  • any land that is owned, occupied, maintained, or managed by a local council.

Please note, where there is no existing parklet, or when an existing parklet is no longer safe and requires replacing, Council will charge a single one-off build and install fee.
